I met up with Tanat to go to Nanyang Poly to see TRACY TAN(2nd time, yesterday was 1st!) and Celest Chong(for the first time!). TRACY remembered my name from yesterday. YAY!! Wanted to do a more detailed post but I just can't think already.
Anyways. TRACY, Celest and Julian Hee were there to promote their upcoming Channel 5 show RED THREAD. Alaric Tay was there to promote Serves You Right, featuring Fiona Xie too for some of you Fiona fans. RED THREAD will air from 7th April(Tuesdays to Thursdays at 8pm!). As for Serves You Right, it will debut on January 27th at 8 pm.
Also, not forgeting. SINGAPORE IDOL!!!! Later half of this year. But AMERICAN IDOL will be on Channel 5, every WEDNESDAY and THURSDAY from NEXT WEEK!!! :D
Alright. To continue. After the thing ended, Tanat and I went to backstage for Celest's autograph and to take a pic with her. After that, we went to the entrance where the bus will pick them up. In the end, only Alaric went on the bus.
First and foremost. I asked for TRACY's autograph first before taking a picture with her. She asked me 'Your name is Naomi right?' and I said 'YES!'(will tell you more below, for yesterday's post). So. She wrote 'Dear Naomi, Stay funky! Hugs, (signature)'. Then I went on to Alaric. He asked me what's my name and I said Naomi. He then asked 'N-a-o-m-i right?' and I replied yes. He wrote ' Dear Naomi Best Wishes! (signature, Alaric Tay) Jan '09'. A picture taken followed.
After which, I see Julian so poor thing standing there looking bored. So I went to him and asked 'Can I have your autograph?' He proceeded to just sign his name(in chinese!). Then I took a picture with him. While I was taking the picture, TRACY came over to make sure I got the both of us in the picture(I used my handphone camera). I asked her 'Okay?' and she replied 'Okay!'. I'll will post pictures of the autographs either later or tomorrow. :)
So after that, Celest appeared. I quickly went to her and asked if I could take another picture with her. She said 'Oh yes, sure. Something wrong with the first one just now?' and I replied 'A little dark'. She even lowered herself to my height(she was wearing heels). Then they left. Before they left, I wished them 'HAPPY NEW YEAR! 新年快乐!'. They smiled and left. Alaric got on the bus whereas the other 3 walked further up to where a few parking lots are. TRACY and Celest hugged Julian and said their goodbyes. Julian then got on his car, and TRACY and Celest got on to TRACY's CAR!! I didn't know she drives. But. I must say her car is CUTE!! Oh man, I've been using the word 'CUTE' a lot these days(started with saying RUI EN that first).
Tanat and I walked past their cars then Julian drove off first followed by TRACY. Well. I must say I enjoyed my day today with Tanat. I wrote on TRACY's and Celest's facebook walls(I only have them, after which I added Julian and Alaric after I reached home. Still waiting for them to add me back though). And Celest replied! Tracy hasn't replied yet(she may not), but I'm still happy. As long as she knows she has a fan in me! :D

Went to Singapore Poly. A friend told me about TRACY TAN appearing there. So I went. It was held in the auditorium. First was 'Don't Forget The Lyrics' with DJ Young being host for the whole event. Then Fiona Xie and Alaric Tay appeared to promote their upcoming show, Serves You Right. Be sure to catch it on Channel 5. After they were finished, Tracy Tan and Adrian Pang came out on stage to promote their upcoming show RED THREAD. Before they came out when Fiona and Alaric was done, A LOT(like about 1/3 to 1/2 of the audience left, different groups in school uniforms). Before they left, Wan Bao(er mei) was done with her stuff(she's from SP) and she joined me.
So TRACY and Adrian were out. They talked about the show(their characters/roles' name and what the show was about, like Fiona and Alaric did previously). When DJ Young asked what was TRACY's on-screen name in RED THREAD, I was the only one(idiot!) raising my arm frantically like a nincompoop. So he called me and I went on stage. He first asked 'Hey sir, what's your name?'. LOL! I went 'Naomi Tan' and his reaction was like *oh man, i just called a lady, sir*. So he went on to say 'So what's TRACY's on-screen name?'. The answer? 'Pam Pereira'. Watch when it airs to find out why it's Pereira. Ok, I shall say it. Her character is adopted. So I was given a prize and I took a picture with Adrian and TRACY on stage. Pictures will be uploaded tomorrow.
Andie Chen was next to promote Fighting Spiders. There were prizes won as well. Then we left. San mei went home and so did I. Mother didn't know I went out as I had no lesson. I left after she left the house and I reached home way before her. Heh. ;)
I wrote on TRACY's facebook wall and she replied!! YAY!! :D
Ok. That's about it. Time to hit the sack. I've class tomorrow morning. Tata! :D
