I met up with Candice today, cuz she needed to lend me her external hdd. We went Toa Payoh, she first, we searched for a secondhand handphone shop that sells Motorola V3. They either don't have, or I don't like the condition it is in. Finally found one and bought it for 120 bucks (free change of keypad to new one, 100 bucks for phone, 12 bucks for charger, and 8 bucks for screen protection for my E71). We were done by 4pm so we took train to our respective destinations.
I wanted to stop at Orchard and cab to Bukit Merah where I was meeting my friend. She has a friend who owns a secondhand hp shop there. So I managed to find a nice V3 there so I traded in the one I just bought. But I had to top up 30 bucks, cuz the one I bought was lousy! I'm never going to that shop in Toa Payoh again! So I spend another 63 bucks (30 bucks top up with trade in, 8 bucks for new [second] number, and 25 bucks for singtel top 100 top up card). I'm getting use to V3 now, since I'm used to using Nokia. Thank you, Adek! :D
